In order to thoroughly implement the core concept of "Quality First, Customer Supreme" of Baifu Electronics, comprehensively enhance the quality level of products and services, and further establish a good corporate brand image, recently, Baifu Electronics launched a quality improvement special activity with the theme of "Building Reputation through Quality and Seeking Development through Reputation".
This quality improvement special campaign lasts for two months and covers the special activities of the National Quality Month. It is also one of the specific actions taken by Baifu Electronics to actively implement the project of building a quality-strong country.
President Zhou Guosong emphasized at the mobilization meeting that all employees of Baifu should firmly establish the concept of quality first. Quality is the lifeline of the enterprise and the fundamental for us to win the market and the trust of customers. Every employee is the primary person responsible for quality. We should start from every detail and integrate quality awareness into every aspect of our daily work.
Second, strive for excellence and continuous improvement
Over the next two months and more, the company will enhance the quality management capabilities and levels of its employees and improve the process knowledge of relevant departments through offline training, examinations and other forms. It will also encourage each department to conduct internal diagnosis based on their own work. For the problems identified through self-inspection, the responsible persons, rectification deadlines and target requirements will be clearly defined, and the rectification tasks will be gradually implemented. A tracking mechanism will be established to ensure closed-loop management.
